My Approach
​In my therapeutic approach, I utilize cognitive-behavioral and mindfulness-based therapies, motivational interviewing, here-and-now process, and positive psychology interventions. In essence, I'm here to assist you in gaining insight and developing tools and problem-solving skills which can continue to serve you long after our time together has come to an end.

My goal is to help guide you through the process of meaningful change within an open and safe environment. The approaches I take are meant to help resolve internal and external conflict and to assist in integrating all aspects of self - mind, body, spirit.
